Granby Ambulance has File of Life magnetic medical information cards for all local residents. The File of Life is designed to help EMS personnel quickly obtain your necessary medical history, medications and emergency contact information. It could help save your life.
When you finish filling out the card, fold it and place it back into the “FILE OF LIFE” plastic pocket and then place the whole thing on the outside of your refrigerator. Simple as that!
Please call us at (860)653–6535. We would be happy to mail you one or even drop one off for you.
GAA also enforces the HIPAA Privacy and security Rules, which protects the privacy of individually identifiable health information. For more information click here.
